Orders Once Placed Cannot Be Cancelled

 

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order. However, please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • We start preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed.
  • Our delivery partners are dispatched immediately to ensure timely delivery.

We encourage all customers to double-check their orders before finalizing them to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Exceptions

 

In extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Unavailability of ingredients
  • Unforeseen emergencies

We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, approval is not guaranteed.

Important Points

 

  • If a payment is deducted but not confirmed immediately, it usually happens due to bank server delays.
  • If the bank confirms the payment within 15 minutes, your order will be processed automatically.
  • If the bank confirms the payment after 15 minutes, our system will reject the order and initiate an automatic refund.
  • Once the refund is initiated, it takes 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
